This addendum gives the names of possible Storm victims and/or survivors supplied by their descendants. Their deaths were either reported or were not found in any printed index of victims used in compiling what you see on our website. Their names are given with as much information as is known about them.
| Johnson, Edgar: From Granbury in Hood County where his family resided. His name is mentioned in A Weekend in September as the only police officer in Police Headquarters at City Hall (p. 74). He was one of four police officers with Chief Ketchum when there was a wall of water five feet deep running down the streets along the sides of City Hall (p. 106). The third floor of City Hall collapsed. No record was ever found of Edgar Johnson, nor did any relatives ever hear from him again. |
